Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy

Shredded chicken coated in creamy gravy!
Ingredients
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
10.5 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1 ounce packet chicken gravy mix
Sliced fresh mushrooms, optional
Instructions
- Spray crock pot with PAM
- Place chicken breasts in bottom of bowl
- Place sliced mushrooms next
- In a large bowl, whisk together soup, water and packet of gravy mix
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and place on low for 5-6 hours or high 3-4 hours
- Once the chicken is done cooking, shred it with a fork
- Stir everything together in the pot so the chicken is well coated in the gravy
- Serve immediately with rice, egg noodles or mashed potatoes
