Adding a can of chop suey vegetables gives this casserole a unique flavor!
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chop suey vegetables, drained
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 cups cooked chicken, cut into small chunks
1 - 16 ounce package frozen green beans
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small can French fried onions
Whisk soup, milk, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Fold in all other ingredients except the French fried onions. Place in a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly. Top with French fried onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
