1 pound hash browns, thawed (4 cups)
1 cup milk
1 cup half and half
9-10 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 chopped Canadian bacon or ham
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon dill
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into greased 9" X 13" baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Cut into squares.
Serves 8 people.
You can also add mushrooms, broccoli, or green peppers to suite your tastes.
