Sherry Beef

Pan Size Casserole Dish |
3# Round steak cut into cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 - package Lipton dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup Sherry wine
1 can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms, chopped
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish. Bake covered for 1-1/2 - 2 hours until meat is very tender.
Serve over rice or noodles.
