1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1-1/3 cups packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 large eggs
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 packages of peanut butter cups (two cups per package)
1/4 cup chocolate chips
In large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Chop up peanut butter cups. Stir candy and chocolate chips into batter.
Spread into greased (with cooking spray) pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting.
