3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
3/4 cup dried cranberries/orange flavored
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine all flour ingredients and add to sugar ingredients. Stir well. Add oats, cranberries and walnuts.
Using smallest scoop from Pampered Chef, place cookie dough on cookie sheet.
Bake 10-11 minutes until lightly browned. Let stand 2 minutes on baking sheet before removing to a sheet of aluminum foil to cool completely.
