1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1-3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
2-1/2 cups flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups peeled, grated zucchini
Cream together the first fix ingredients, then add the flour mixture--stir well. Add grated zucchini. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan.
Top with chocolate chips and chopped pecans or walnuts.
Bake until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean.
To sour milk, mix 1-1/2 teaspoons of vinegar or lemon juice to regular milk to make the 1/2 cup.
