Baking Time
1-1/2 hours
Oven Temperature
350° F
Pan Size
9 X 13

Ingredients
1 pound ground chuck, cooked
1 package onion soup mix

1 large package frozen vegetables

1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package frozen shredded hash browns
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Fry ground chuck in skillet, then drain off grease; stir in onion soup mix and place on bottom of greased pan.

Add a layer of uncooked vegetables over the meat layer (I used peas only for this dish).

Mix sour cream, cheese, melted butter and soup together. Add in the hash browns, salt and pepper. Place over the vegetables. Bake approximately 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees until bubbly and lightly browned.
