6-8 boneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup white wine
1 can mushrooms, drained OR 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in 3 tablespoons butter
Place chicken breasts in baking dish and sprinkle with half the salt. Combine flour and sour cream, stir until smooth. Add remaining salt, sour cream, soup and wine. Add drained mushrooms or sauteed fresh mushrooms.
Pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees about 1-1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
