1 box Orange Supreme cake mix
1 - 21 ounce can peach pie filling
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 small box INSTANT dry vanilla pudding mix
1 - 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, UNdrained
1 - 8 ounce Cool-whip topping
Preheat the oven to 350. Ignore the directions on the cake mix box and mix as follows:
Using a large spoon, mix the cake mix, pie filling, eggs and sour cream together for one minute or until thoroughly mixed together.
Pour mixture into an ungreased 10" x 16" jelly roll pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
Whip together the cream cheese, dry pudding mix and pineapple by spoon or electric mixer. Fold in the whipped topping.
Spread cream cheese mixture on cooled cake and refrigerate before cutting.
Cut up the peach pie filling into smaller pieces.
