A unique combination of your favorite sweet and salty snack!
Ingredients
1 cup softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

2-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

1-12 ounce bag of chocolate chips
2 cups crushed potato chips
Instructions
Cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar.

Mix in the eggs and vanilla; beat well.

Add flour, salt and baking soda to the mixture until combined.

Add in the crushed potato chips and chocolate chips; refrigerate for one hour for easier handling.

Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake for approximately 10-11 minutes or until the cookies are lightly brown around the edges. Remove from oven and leave on cookie sheets for a couple of minutes to finish baking. Slide parchment paper with cookies to cooling rack.
Sprinkle dough with sea salt to kick it up a notch for a salty flavor.
Tips
I used the small Pampered Chef cookie dough scoop instead of rolling into balls.
