A quick cheesy snack!
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 cup diced fully cooked ham
1/2 cup minced fresh chives
18 slices French bread cut 1/2" thick
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cream cheese and mustard until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese, ham and chives. Spread about 1 tablespoon mixture over each bread slice; place in a 15"x10"x1" pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake until lightly browned, 12-15 minutes.
I used a combination of Swiss and cheddar shredded cheese.
