1 - 8 ounce pkg cream cheese, softened
1 pkg OREO cookies
2 - 4 ounce pkg Baker's Semi-Sweet chocolate, melted
Sprinkles - optional
Using a food processor, crush the entire package of OREO cookies.
Mix the softened cream cheese and crushed cookies until well blended.
Shape into 1-inch balls and dip into melted chocolate; place on parchment paper covered cookie sheet; top with sprinkles.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Layer truffles in containers to keep them fresh; refrigerate.
Makes approximately 4 dozen.
