2 - 3.9 oz. package chocolate instant pudding
2 cups cold milk
2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bar or chocolate chips
1 Oreo pie crust
1 - 8 oz. Cool Whip topping, thawed
1 large Heath candy bar, chopped
Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk for 2 minutes
Melt semi-sweet bar or chips in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 minute; stir until completely melted. Stir in 1 cup pudding; pour into crust.
Add half the Cool Whip and half chopped Heath candy bar to the remaining pudding; spread over pudding layer already in crust.
Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with remaining chopped Heath candy bar. Refrigerate at least for 1 hour to set before serving.
